I am having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson XP-7100 printer. I have tried following the instructions provided by Epson, but I am still unable to reset the counter. Can anyone please provide me with some guidance or tips on how to successfully reset the counter on this printer model? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
